Benefits and pay range

· $17.50-$18 per hour

The PBX Operator provides exceptional guest services while promptly and efficiently handling all internal and external telephone calls. This employee must answer questions and provide information about the hotel, amenities, events, and communicate with other departments to ensure that guest requests or problems are resolved.

Skills Required:

Provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
