The Bartender is responsible for safely and efficiently providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food, while ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Additionally, this position will assist the Bar Supervisor in training, coaching, delegating and overseeing duties of bar staff, and ensuring our guests are receiving a high level of customer service from all team members.

· This is an tipped position ranging from $10.63-$11 per hour before tips
· This position qualifies for a full benefits package including medical, dental, short-term disability, 401K plus matching potential, life insurance, and hotel travel benefits.

Experience / Education
A minimum of 1 year of previous bartending or serving experience necessary; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience; TIPS certified and Allergy Awareness training helpful.
