As the hiring manager for our sports bar, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to fulfill the role of Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, and able to deliver orders in a timely manner. As a crucial part of our team, the Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their food and drinks promptly, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and representing our sports bar with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
• Have general knowledge of the restaurant and menu.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Should maintain professionalism.
• Strong conversation skills.
• Able to work during weekends and holidays.
• Should possess a clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills.
• Willingness to adhere to schedule and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Must have good working vehicle with Insurance.
• Must have GPS or a cell phone with Maps for locating delivery addresses.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers.
• Review and verify order requests to ensure accuracy before leaving the building to include: checking off all items ordered for delivery, ensuring all side items are included, double-checking to ensure proper utensils, condiments, beverages and flyers are included.
• Inspect delivery containers to ensure they are in the best condition for food service.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
• Maintain delivery logs and records.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the delivery vehicle.
• Process payment transactions and any other necessary paperwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
