The position is for a Bar Manager at our fast paced sports bar. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing a fun and enjoyable experience for our staff and customers. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a lively and engaging atmosphere while serving a variety of food and drinks. We are looking for a team player who is able to multi-task and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. The right Canidate must have strong leadership skills and MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS. Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age.
• Have a good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Must have stamina to work 40-50 hour work weeks.
• Can reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 50 lbs.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Possess good math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities * Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

• Ensure all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service consistently.
• Oversee customer flow throughout the Front of House Area.
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through employee training and fostering a positive working environment.
• Control cash and other receipts following cash handling policies and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies.
• Assist with employment and termination decisions.
• Fill in as needed to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and local regulations related to health, safety, and labor requirements.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
