Manville School, a program of the Baker Center for Children and Families, is a therapeutic day school providing special education, clinical, and behavioral support for students in kindergarten through tenth grade with complex social-emotional, behavioral, and learning needs.

Manville provides services for up to 115 students from over 50 school districts in the greater Boston area, and has approximately 100 educational, clinical, and behavioral staff members. Manville integrates comprehensive, evidence-based clinical services, innovative educational programming, and tiered behavioral supports to ensure that students with unique needs experience social-emotional development and academic success. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the Part-Time School Nurse assists in providing medical care for all of Manville School’s students. This individual will work two full days per week assisting the Nurse Manager in providing direct student care, contacting caregivers regarding medical needs, and ensuring that nursing plans are carefully and safely implemented. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with Manville’s Psychiatric Nurse Prescriber in evaluating the needs of students and coordinating care.

SALARY: $50,000 - $55,000/annually
