• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections for facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to enhance safety and compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and meet organizational objectives.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years proven experience in maintenance supervision in the multi-family industry, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance management.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal certification required.
• CPO certificate required.
• CAMT preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
