The Bainbridge Companies is Hiring a Community Manager Near Frederick, MD

Description

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Bainbridge Market Commons in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a knack for fostering a sense of community among residents. As the face of our refined luxury living, the Community Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring resident satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and driving leasing efforts.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest standards of resident satisfaction by fostering a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere.
  • Oversee all leasing activities, including conducting tours, processing applications, and executing lease agreements.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and maximize occupancy levels.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and upkeep of property amenities.
  • Develop and manage the community budget, ensuring financial goals are met while delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate resident events and activities to enhance community engagement and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing the property's competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, other related field, or equivalent work experience preferred, 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in a luxury residential setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering superior customer service.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
