We are looking for a high energy and dedicated assistant kitchen manager who is able to with previous kitchen leadership experience to join our team. Weekend availability required. 4 years of experience in high volume kitchens preferred. Good attitude and the ability to work well with others is key.

Job Overview
The Kitchen Manager runs an efficient and professional culinary team. The Kitchen Manager’s primary responsibility is to prepare delicious, fresh, attractive, and consistent dishes. Other responsibilities include staging and training new culinary staff; building a strong team; deploying labor, purchasing, and equipment resources responsibly; and following all company-wide standards and procedures. The Kitchen Manager is an administrator as well as a culinarian—guiding team objectives while remaining responsive to all issues that arise within the culinary department.
