Description

• Perform tasks as directed by the VIP
• Provide personal assistance and maintenance for all family computer systems and hardware.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed or requested
• Maintain surveillance cameras at each house and other locations as directed
• Assist with A/V systems including home theater setups (Crestron, Apple TV, etc.)
• Ensure all devices are regularly patched
• Support network infrastructure at the VIP’s houses
• Help maintain 1Password vaults in the family account
• Coordinate tech vendor activity as needed. For example, network vender for new home construction, AV vendor for home theater issues.
• Assist with IT aspects of the two restaurants owned by the VIP, including:
• Administer and support ARG O365 tenant
• Provide tech support for restaurant devices (laptops or desktops) as needed
• Support restaurant network infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting C-Level executives and VIPs (white glove personal support)
• Familiarity of Apple hardware, Mac OS X, IOS iPhones, and iPads
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Outlook, Office 365
• Experience with WebEx, Zoom, Teams rooms systems, and other video conferencing technologies
• Strong experience with troubleshooting and strong communication skills with a passion for technical support
• Comfortable providing a wide range of support, from simple issue resolution to end to end on-boarding
