The ASB Law Group is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal.

Job Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and filing different legal documents for real estate purchases and/or sale closings.

· Assist in the representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in various aspects of residential real estate transactions.

· Answer client questions about real estate, works with lawyers and real estate agents throughout the sale and closing process of a property.

· Reviewing documents and accurately working on items such as title insurance and tax bills.

· Provide customer service.

· Data entry

· Other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Spanish
• 1-3 years of experience in residential real estate
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• Understands the importance of following through with timely communication
• High degree of attention to detail
• Data entry experience
• Working knowledge of general office equipment
