Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create invoices to be sent to clients
· Receive and record payments
· Prepare bank deposits
· Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts
· Prepare accounts receivable reports
· Legal document creation, production, and revision
· Assist in all departments, as needed
Qualifications:
· Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
· Attention to detail and organization A MUST
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
· Knowledge of Timeslips and Time Matters software a plus
