Position: RN Nurse Director, Case ManagementEmployment Type: Full- Time, DaysLocation: Brooklyn, NYSalary: $175,000 - 205,000 annual salaryThe ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our Brooklyn-based Health System client to hire an exceptional Nurse Director, Case Management. This Case Management leadership role requires strategic thinking, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through effective case management practices. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Case Management department aligned with the hospital’s overall goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of case management protocols and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee utilization review processes to optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate patient care transitions.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in resource management.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of case management services.
  • Foster open communication channels between case management, clinical staff, and other departments, acting as a liaison between case management and hospital leadership.
Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Current RN License in New York
  • Proven experience in case management leadership roles.
  • Strong clinical background and understanding of case management processes.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to navigate and lead through change.
