Pay Rate/Range: $17-21/hr
Description: Seeking a part-time Property Coordinator for a large local property development group. The Property Coordinator is responsible for putting in work orders, answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and other office tasks as assigned. Previous property management experience is a huge plus, but will consider those with strong office and administrative skills.We are hiring immediately for this Property Coordinator role, please apply today!
Job Requirements: Must have strong administrative skills, be able to multi-task, and be proficient in MS Outlook & Excel.
Shift/Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Friday (20-25 hours per week)
