The Arc of the Quad Cities Area is Hiring a LPN Near Rock Island, IL

The Arc of the Quad Cities Area is looking for a dedicated and passionate Licensed Practitioner Nurse (LPN) to join our team full-time. As an LPN at The Arc, you will be crucial in providing supportive assistance to the individuals we serve. This will involve following Illinois Administrative Rule 116 and collaborating with other personnel at The Arc. Your responsibilities will include administering prescribed medication and/or treatments and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with Illinois Administrative Rule 116 and The Arc's policies and procedures. Additionally, you will deliver instruction and/or healthcare on an individual or small group basis, following The Arc's guidelines. You will also assess individuals and maintain necessary data documentation per prescribed guidelines. Active participation in individual staffing and IDTs will also be expected when appropriate. In addition to the above, you will provide supervision and ongoing assistance in the personal and social development of the individuals served by The Arc. This will involve actively engaging with them, supporting their growth, and fostering their independence. You will also participate in house meetings and in-service training sessions as requested, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge continuously.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for making recommendations to your supervisor to ensure the health and safety of the individuals served by The Arc. At The Arc, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to our full-time staff.
