Job Summary:

The Quality Management and Compliance Department is currently seeking a Training Data Manager to manage the overall training and professional development requirements for all pre-service and post hire employees to include but not limited to scheduling, communication, and tracking.

This position reports to the Assistant Director of Training and Development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and maintains training registration and scheduling needs for all new hires
• Ensures all training data including new hire schedules, are entered accurately and timely into the HRIS and CDS accordingly
• Communicates training schedules and any changes to all relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner
• Manages the post hire training data for all employees, ensuring information is accurate and up to date in the HRIS
• Manages the ongoing and professional development training needs for all employees
• Tracks, maintains, and distributes status reports on incomplete trainings
• Maintains and updates applicable employee specific information in the Electronic Health Record
• Identifies and makes recommendations to Assistant Director of Training and Professional Development for areas of improvement to ensure efficient, effective, timely, and quality data and processes are in place
• Performs any other responsibilities as needed

Education / Work Experience / Skills:

• Associate degree with 1-2 years of related experience required; Bachelor's degree with minimum 1-year related experience preferred
