Job Summary:
The Time System Coordinator is responsible for managing employee time system related responsibilities, as well as performing other payroll functions and projects as directed.
This is an entry level position that reports to the Assistant Director of Payroll Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and process employee time records while ensuring accuracy and completeness
· Review information for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorizations
· Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure time system protocols are followed and deadlines met
· Track and enter specialty time inputs for specific areas such as the Stepping Stones School and Manager/Shift Supervisor sub hours, after obtaining appropriate approvals
· Process transfers, schedule changes, terminations and new hires and update all time system rules and settings
· Provide training for program managers and assistant directors
· Field all time system questions
· Finalize time system records and conduct extensive reviews using audit reports prior to payroll submission
· Maintain a comprehensive digital filing system for all time and payroll records
· Occasional clerical assistance and special project involvement, as needed
Requirements:

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education / Work Experience / Skills:
· High school graduate, some college experience preferred
· At least two years of time system or payroll processing experience required
· Good working knowledge of Excel required
