SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist with strong leadership and management skills. Marketing and development of new industrial sales contracts to increase revenue and expand on the current customer base.

The candidate for this position should have experience with formulating detailed cost analysis, familiarity with contract work (light assembly, light manufacturing, packaging and fulfillment services). This candidate will be traveling on a regular basis and possess strong networking skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to develop effective business strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and advocacy groups. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships. Develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the I/DD field. NYS Driver License.
