The Arc Erie County is Hiring a Residential Coordinator Near Lancaster, NY
Our Position: We are currently seeking a Residential Coordinator to supervise the admission & discharge process for Residential Services including the assurances of appropriate funding for services. Rate of pay for this position is $25.00 per hour.
This Full Time (40 hrs weekly) position also involves:
- Supervises & evaluates our Direct care staff, house managers and clinicians
- Submits proposed programs/services to the Residential Director or Associate Directors
- Assures security of each residence including individuals, personnel, equipment & materials
Our Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Human Service Field PLUS (3) years working with the developmentally disabled OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field PLUS (5) years working with the developmentally disabled OR
- Associate ‘s Degree in a Human Service Field, PLUS (6) years working with the developmentally disabled and (4) years of Supervisory OR
- High School Diploma PLUS (7) years of experience working with the developmentally disabled which includes (5) years of supervisory experience
