You will work in conjunction with a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full cycle of accounting duties required for this family owned small business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Work in all areas of the accounting activities for the company
- Process accounts payable
- Collate and enter vendor expenses
- Invoice clients and customers and other accounts receivable duties
- Assist with maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger
- Process employee timesheets and assist with managing the payroll system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years A/P and A/R experience
- Timesheet processing experience & an understanding of payroll processing
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Attention to detail
- Computer and software experience with Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to work with others and good communication skills are essential
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Gaming or retail experience is a plus!

Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm
