Seeking a motivated FOH Manager to join our team immediately.

Founder's Grille, located on Penn National Golf Course, is open 7 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner.

Base compensation Tips.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:

• Responsible for achieving FOH duties through implementation, management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Ensure execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and continue to foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Control labor and alcohol costs through managing inventory, studying trends and proper pricing.
• Maintain proper inventory and organization of all linens, display ware, chafers, etc.
• Build and maintain a staff to execute a la carte, banquets, bar, turn window, cart, and carryout operations by hiring and training staff members.
• Continuing staff education.
• Review staff annually or as needed to communicate any performance issues or changes.
• Perform daily accounting needs and communicate/work with corporate accounting department to achieve tasks.
• Communicate and work with sales department to ensure all events and marketing activities are executed properly.
• Work with kitchen staff to effectively execute daily food and beverage demands.
• Sales & Marketing for property event spaces.
• Proficiency using Team Suite- All aspects of Interviewing, Hiring/Firing, Scheduling, Vacation Requests, Employee Paperwork, Incident Reports, etc.
• Set up and execution of scheduled events.
• Dinner service management. (Serving will be expected at times.)
• Work closely with and take direction from property Food & Beverage Manager

DRESS CODE: A person employed as a busser/host at Founder's Grille is required to wear a company appointed shirt, black pants, and black non-slip shoes. All shirts and pants must be pressed and cleaned with no visible defects. The employee must practice good hygiene and their hair must be off of their shoulders and out of their face at all times. Tattoos may not be visible and excessive jewelry is not permitted.

It is imperative to comply with the dress code designated for this position, not only because you are a representative of this company, but because it is a necessity to maintain a healthful and safe environment.

Oversee all Front of the House operations for Founder's Grille.

To include but not limited to: Scheduling, ordering, training, serving, event set up, marketing, etc.

Expected workweek of 40-45 hours.

This is a full-time non-exempt position.
