Good communication skills. Food knowledge and service experience preferred. Must be able to carry food up and down the stairs. Responsible for freshness of product and upkeep to include but not limited to re-stocking and floor maintenance. Assist servers with delivery of ready to eat food and essential pairings or accompaniments. To assist and maintain work areas in both Front and Back of House. This person must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to push and/or lift 40 lbs. Part time.
