Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- OpenTable experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the hospitality or food service industry is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
