Summary
Are you a strategic digital project manager who can jump right in and help Adcom across all forms of strategic planning? Our new offices overlook Cleveland’s Flats and have been built to inspire teamwork, creative thinking, and pride in ensuring great experiences for our clients. Sound good so far? The ideal candidate will be especially familiar with digital tactics, demonstrating an expertise in an array of advertising strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the overall success and delivery of projects and initiatives within our Strategic Planning Group that includes Analytics, Web Development, Marketing Automation, Strategy and Research Practice Areas.
- Solicits, develops, documents, and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control.
- Works with Clients and Stakeholders to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable solutions.
- Partners with cross-functional teams within the agency to lead efforts around business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align Marketing Technology and Creative Solutions with business initiatives.
- Owns and Creates Use Cases and User Stories to provide requirements, aligning with business strategies and goals.
- Understands the team’s Demand, Performance and Resourcing and identifies areas for growth opportunities – partnering with our Account Service Team and Agency Resource Managers.

- Lead Agile Processes that influence the work, including facilitating Stand Ups and utilizing/managing Agency Workflow tools such as Jira, Advantage and Office 365 at the project level.
- Contributes in the development of Statements of Work, Estimates and detailed Client Delivery Plans.
- Perform Research, as necessary, to support deliverables and proposals.
Solves for Resourcing and Prioritizing of work assignments in conjunction with Agency Resource Managers.
