Overview:We are looking for a highly engaging, compassionate, customer focused individual to join our team as a Campus Coordinator. The heart of this role will be located at the site of the newest addition to The Abbey Resort's family: the Lake Geneva Hospitality Academy (LGHA). The LGHA is nestled in several acres of beautiful, wooded surroundings less than two miles from the resort. The purpose of the LGHA is to foster the growth and development of individuals looking to start or further advance their hospitality career.
The successful candidate for this role is engaging, full of energy, compassionate, and is open to learning and leading by example. Expectations include responding in a professional and courteous manner to all individuals utilizing the services of the LGHA.
The Campus Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of LGHA, including a variety of administrative duties, planning and coordination of space and events at the Academy, as well as special projects. This role works under the direction of campus and resort leaders, and mainly works afternoon to late evening hours Wednesday through Sunday, however week to week schedule can vary based on the needs of the Campus.

Qualifications:We are looking for an outgoing and responsible individual to support the day-to-day operations at the Lake Geneva Hospitality Academy (LGHA). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, collaborative, possess excellent time management and follow through skills, understand the confidentiality that comes with working in a campus environment and exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor.
