The Spa Reservationist plays an integral role in ensuring that all of our guests have an exceptional reservations experience. The Spa Reservationist is responsible for positive guest interactions while taking guests calls in a friendly and efficient manner. They must be knowledgeable in providing accurate information to our guests on spa services, spa amenities, policies, spa packages, fitness classes, seasonal promotions, marketing, and special events.

The right person will have excellent guest service skills, a friendly welcoming voice, and be passionate about service and creating memorable spa experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and enjoy working in reservations within a spa environment.
