Full Job Description

The 314 Surgery Center is looking for a full time Director of Nursing to run our surgery center in Midtown St.Louis! Responsibilities include managing staff, compliance, operating room supervision and day to day affairs. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and can talk to almost anyone to help run our new ASC!

The 314 Surgery Center is affiliated with Axis Spine and Orthopedics, a medical clinic specializing in Spine, Orthopedics and Physical Therapy and run by Dr. Swaz Sinha, a Johns Hopkins fellowship trained, ABOS Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with over a decade of experience as a leader in Minimally Invasive Outpatient Spine Surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Run day to day affairs of the Surgery Center
• Maintain Compliance
• Ensure safety and efficient ORs
• Help ensure that our physicians and staff have what they need to take care of our patients

Qualifications:

• Must have OR experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Understanding of basic business concepts
• Creative and think outside the box
• Excellent time management skills
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Familiarity with orthopedics, spine, pain management

Experience & Technical:

• 1-3 years experience or equivalent education
• Proficiency with healtcare entities such as AAAHC/JAACO
• Demonstrate experience running/directing the OR

Compensation:

• Competitive salary; compensation is based on previous experience and
• Paid bonuses/raise after first year
