Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Co., LLC is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. This position will be based in our Pataskala, OH office.
Position Overview: Thayer Power and Communication is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to ensure day-to-day management of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Manager will ensure inventory accuracy and control of work materials for the operation of the organization.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Planning, assignment and direction of daily warehouse operations.
• Maintains up to date inventories and records.
• Receiving products and unloading in a timely manner.
• Purchase control for warehouse operations.
• Distribution and delivery of materials for field jobs.
• Inspects the physical condition of the warehouse.
• Maintains and develops a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all associates.
• Understand, follow, and uphold all safety expectations.
• Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean and orderly.
• Execute company policies and implement standardized processes as directed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Attention to internal and external complaints and problems.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Class A CDL.
• Proficient with warehouse equipment including ability to run a forklift and pallet jacks
• Strong Leadership and organizational skills required.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
