People Operations Manager
Pay Rate: $78,000 - $88,000 / year
Job Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee investigations
- Review corrective action process
- Oversee implementation of programs and completion of projects
- Ensure organizational compliance
- Oversee staff training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in a management position
- Employee investigation experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelors degree required, Graduate degree preferred
- HR certification preferred
