Description

This role is responsible for the day to day, monthly, and quarterly cash transaction activities for TG Natural Resources. The person in this role is expected to demonstrate the appropriate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below and generate quality results. Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate to individuals at all levels of the organization are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team.

• Recording cash deposits and disbursements.
• Monitor daily cash flows ensuring accounts are adequately funded for anticipated activity. 
• Completing bank account reconciliations monthly.
• Process stop payments and positive pay exceptions in the banking system as well as voids in ERP system. 
• Submitting Positive Pay and ACH files to banks.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance and improve daily, monthly and quarterly reporting and data analysis for Treasury management. 
• Coordinate and maintain data sets used to support financial functions which can include working capital usage, counterparty exposures, and changes in cash and liquidity positions.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base reports required under the company’s lines of credit, including detailed schedules and accounts receivables. 
• Support additional diligence and audit requests in connection with monthly treasury reports.
• Work closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure that treasury-related activities are recorded in an accurate and timely manner.
• Other related duties as assigned. 
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quorum Applications and PowerBI.
• Capable of working with complex operating and financial models.
• Experience with preparing Executive/Board quality presentations in PowerPoint.
• Meet deadlines and be able to work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in Treasury experience.
• Bachelors degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance 
• CFA or CTP is a plus
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). 
• Experience working in an ERP system, preferably Quorum.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
