TG Administration LLC is Hiring a Shared Accountant II Near Seattle, WA

Troon (Premier Golf) Corporate headquarters in Seattle, Washington is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Shared Accountant with our Customer
Finance team. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon (Premier
Golf).

General Purpose:
As a member of our client-facing finance team, the Shared Accountant completes all accounting tasks for a portfolio of managed golf clubs. Responsibilities include partnering with internal groups, such as Accounts Payable and the Accounting Manager, to provide timely and accurate financial reporting as well as exceptional customer service. This position is located at our Troon (Premier Golf) Corporate headquarters in Seattle, WA, or potentially at our Lynnwood, WA office.

Shared Accountant

  • Manages the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of managed golf clubs.
  • Provides support and service to our customers, including General Managers
and our corporate Operations team.
  • Manages the Property Accounting inbox, including creating rules, as well as
collecting Financial Statements and related data.
  • Prepares daily cash reconciliations for a portfolio of clubs within our Shared
Accounting environment.
  • Reconciles all balance sheet accounts including cash, accounts receivable,
accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, deferred revenue, sales tax, and
accruals.
  • Performs research and contributes to variance analyses.
  • Prepares monthly sales tax returns.
  • Coordinates accounts payable payment selection process weekly for
all assigned clubs.
  • Prepares weekly reimbursement packages for assigned clubs.
  • Monitors accounts receivable, and daily cash and coordinates with
Director, Customer Finance on weekly disbursement selections.
  • Reports positive pay information to ensure proper fraud detection is available
to our clients.
  • Prepares weekly reimbursement packages for assigned clubs.
  • Prepares monthly and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Performs research and contributes to variance analyses.
  • Manages the budget distribution process and assists in working through
template questions or issues.
  • Facilitates the updating of budget files in various accounting and tracking
systems.
  • Prepares the MMF (Monthly Management Fees) and AIF (Annual Incentive Fees)
files for the Director, of Customer Finance’s review.
  • Facilitates the updating of periodic corporate report requirements.
  • Manage contract terms and expiration dates, coordinate with the Director,
Customer Finance on renewals.
  • May perform tasks related to limited-scope internal audits.
  • May assist with tax preparation.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a Bachelor’s degree in business with an
emphasis in accounting is preferred with a minimum of 2 years experience; or
7 years’ related experience in a similar position; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not
required.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently sits, and uses hands to finger, feel, or handle. Reaches with arms, talks, or
hears. Occasionally stands, walks, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or
crouches. Occasionally lifts to 25 pounds.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hospitality and customer service focused.
  • Must be able to successfully partner with remote teams.
  • Technical proficiency (GAAP / accrual-based accounting methods).
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organization and decision-making abilities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to read and speak English is required to perform the duties of
the job (e.g., the associates are required to communicate with English-speaking
customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may
use are in English).
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is highly desired and QuickBooks is a plus

  • Salary ranges from $67,725 - $74,725/yr plus eligible for bonus maximum earning potential $2500/yr
