Texwin Metal Buildings is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Wills Point, TX

The Customer Service Dispatcher will be the last point of contact for customers and will be expected to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Phone Skills are essential to excel in this position.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product information to customers
  • Process and ensure accuracy of orders
  • Manage customer accounts and update customer information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Build relationships with customers

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Resolve on site issues day of installation
  • Send office memos regarding meetings, conferences, and deadlines
  • Update client information in our system
  • Respond to client questions and complaints
  • Process payments
  • Prior scheduling or staffing experience
  • Phone communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
