JOB TITLE

ARC TA Client Representative

REPORTS TO: Manager, ARC Client Services

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for account management activity for assigned ARC TA customers. Management activity is primarily conducted via outbound telephone communication with accounts functioning primarily as the point of contact, account activation and ongoing communication regarding events in the business textbook cycle.

The ARC TA Client Representative will develop goals for increased sales and purchases and provide guidance and support to customers in using ARC TA applications. Must be able to work in partnership with MBS Wholesale Representatives and Customer Service Representatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Continuous study and comprehension of the ARC TA application and its interface with other applications.

Initiate contact with customer account andestablish pertinent account information.

Assist with establishing account's order preference and any special ordering needs.

Review with customer ARC TA documentation and training web site.

Assure activation of account with proper customer profiles.

Monitor customer’s participation in self training options.

Assure successful implementation plan for customer account.

Maintain ongoing customer contact and support.

Coordinate frequent updates for assigned MBS Wholesale Representatives.

Work in partnership with internal offices to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrable decision-making ability.

Ability to work in a team environment withmanagement, peers and marketing staff.

Ability to learn and apply technical expertise for various software and web-based business focused applications.

Experience in accounting and/or retail background would be beneficial.
