Full time opportunity of Optician/ Frame Stylist

Our well equipped and highly technological optical office is currently looking for an experienced optician and frame stylist with a good fashion sense. This 30 year old practice sees patients with very wide demographic range, backgrounds and occupations and a good customer service representative would be able to communicate with all of our patients easily and professionally.Ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
1)Good candidate would be able to choose selected frames from our wide range of eyewear options and offer best recommendations for best lens options such AR, SR, Transitions, high index when applicable and wide selection of single vision, computer and progressive designs
2) Knowledge of contact lens brands, types and wear schedule along with an ability to give precise and clear insertion and removal instructions
3) Experience with pupilometer, visioffice and other new optical equipment
4) Knowledge of Compulink EHR eye advantage is definitely preferred. However, training will be provided if a candidate is a quick learner and computer literate
5) At least two years of optical experience and the candidate should be able to provide at least two independent references upon request
One week of vacation and sick leave after one year of full time employment. Base salary plus production bonus.
