- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features
- Help customers choose frames that suit their style and preferences
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as an optician is preferred
- Strong understanding of retail management systems and processes
- Familiarity with the physiology of the eye and common vision problems
- Experience working with senior care patients is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive retail sales and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Basic knowledge of vital signs and medical records management
