Overview:
We are seeking entry level Opticians to join our team. As an entry-level Optician, you will be trained to assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescription and personal preferences
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyewear
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and frames to help them make informed decisions
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed to ensure optimal comfort and functionality
- Maintain inventory of eyewear, contact lenses, and accessories
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses, including verifying insurance coverage and handling medical billing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
