Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ranch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ranch. The Ranch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ranch, including animal care and farm maintenance. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on work and a strong understanding of ranch management.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of daily ranch operations, including trail rides, ranch activities, events, equine care, animal husbandry.
- Manage and supervise ranch staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop new procedures as company grows.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and care of livestock, including overseeing feeding, grooming, and medical treatment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of staff, guests and animals.

-Maintain inventory of ranch supplies

-Staff scheduling

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills to encourage team to become the best they can be.

-Lead, inspire and motivate staff while holding them accountable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and budgeting purposes.

- Previous equine/livestock experience.

- Knowledge of animal husbandry practices and basic veterinary care.
