Job Title: Registered Nurse (Cardiac)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for providing high-quality, efficient care to join our amazing team. As a Cardiac Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing acute changes in patients, monitoring and analyzing heart rhythm, interpreting ECGs, noting arrhythmias, and intervening in emergency situations. You will also be responsible for coordinating and providing therapeutic and administrative services necessary for patient care, and supporting the mission of our hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide therapeutic and administrative services necessary for patient care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
• Care for patients ranging from ages 16 and over, with a focus on patients requiring step-down care and cardiac monitoring
• Accountable for identifying risks, hazards, and mitigation efforts of unsafe practices

Requirements:

• Graduation from a school of nursing with either a Diploma, ADN or BSN
• Must hold a current RN license from the Missouri State Board of Nursing or Multistate RN license from a participating compact state
• BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med/Surg or other acute care beside nursing

Compensation:

• Mid Range: $32.00 - $45.00 (based on years of experience)
• Shift Differentials: $3/Nights & $2.00/Weekends
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for NIGHTS ONLY
• Relocation: $5,000
