Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with cardiac conditions. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in monitoring and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive measures
- Perform assessments, including physical examinations, to identify patient needs
- Assist with medical procedures, such as IV insertion and wound care
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in acute care
- Experience administering medications, including IVs and injections
- Proficient in ventilator management and monitoring equipment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $43.00 per hour
