Overview: Join our team in MO as an RN specializing in Cardiac Telemetry Services. This position offers day and night shifts with rotating weekends.

Job Summary: As an RN in our Cardiac Telemetry Unit, you'll assess acute changes in patients, monitor heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, and intervene during emergencies.

About This Unit:

• 🛏️ 36 Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit
• 👩️‍⚕️ Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4 to 5:1 on Day Shift / 5 to 6:1 on Night Shift
• 🏥 Wide variety of monitored patients including Chest Pain, Stroke, COPD, Post Ops, GI, Accelerated Heart Rhythm, and Drips

Responsibilities:

• 🩺 Coordinate and provide therapeutic and administrative services for patient care.
• 📋 Follow hospital policies and procedures, supporting the mission.
• 🧪 Acquire advanced knowledge in psychosocial, spiritual, pathophysiological, and therapeutic components.
• ⚠️ Identify risks, hazards, and mitigation efforts of unsafe practices.

Qualifications:

• 🏥 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.
• 🎓 Graduation from a nursing school with a Diploma, ADN, or BSN.
• 📜 Current RN license from the State Board of Nursing or Multistate RN license.
• 💼 BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date.
