Role Summary: As the Manager for NICU, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all department functions in line with our mission, vision, values, and facility goals.
• Taking charge of patient safety in the NICU clinical environment.
• Ensuring effective communication and information management.
• Creating department-specific initiatives and facilitating process improvement.
• Managing personnel at various levels, budget, business plans, and fostering physician relationships.
• Serving as a liaison for the facility, community, and other institutions.
• Organizing and supervising resources.
• Undertaking other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current RN license for the State of Texas.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Ability to lead, make critical decisions, and build relationships.

Operational Overview:

• FTEs: 172 FTEs
• Beds: 108 beds
