Job Duties:

• 🔬 Perform specimen processing, microbiology, serology, and infectious disease testing.
• 🔬 Ensure compliance with department policies, accrediting agency requirements, and regulatory standards.
• 🔬 Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and ensure accuracy of test results.
• 🔬 Act as a resource to peers and customers, assist in training new personnel.

Qualifications:

• 🔬 Associate's Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Biology, or Chemistry required.
• 🔬 Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 🔬 National Certification as a Microbiology Technologist required.
