Your Role: As the Manager of Labor and Delivery and Antepartum, you will :Duties and Responsibilities

• 👩️‍⚕️ Supervise department activities
• 🏥 Maintain clinical and operational excellence
• 🤝 Provide leadership and support to staff and physicians
• 💼 Deliver professional nursing care

Qualifications: 

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) required; Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred
• 📜 Current RN licensure in California
• 🩺 BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• 💼 3 years of supervision experience, 1-3 years of nursing management experience
• 💼 Expertise in Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and healthcare management

• 📅 Full-Time – Evenings; No Weekends
• 📞 Initial Phone Screen: 2 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
