Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

· Check the county in which the property is located and confirm legal description

· Send property information to title plant for title examiners to review property search

· Back-up recording desk

· Make sure customer service requests are filled in a timely manner

· Must have good communication skills and customer service skills

Competency Standards:

· Good reading skills with the ability to interpret documents and procedure manuals

· Good communication skills

· Ability to learn systems, technologies and software as necessary

· Has the ability to effectively and efficiently learn title insurance products and their various functions

· All employees are required to observe the procedures contained in the Company Handbook, devote their full time and energy to the company during work hours and to be loyal to the company at all times during their employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
