General description
The Unclaimed Property Division is responsible for administering the state’s unclaimed property program and returning abandoned property to its rightful owners. This position will work with abandoned safe deposit box contents, which will include inventorying, assessing/appraising values for tangible items; depositing/withdrawing safe deposit box contents, and preparing items to be auctioned. We are looking for individuals that have work experience dealing with jewelry and other valuable items, inventory and cataloging experience, and excellent organizational and customer service expertise.
Salary Information
Program Specialist III: $4,150.00 - $4,749.00
Program Specialist IV: $4,750.00 - $5,511.45
