Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of the banking center to include sales and service, operations and risk management, and human resources management
• Responsible for monthly branch audit procedures, including review of teller cash funds, negotiables, security equipment, and various operational functions
• Serve as backup to Financial Services Representatives for deposit account sales and service and to Customer Service Representatives for teller transactions
• Coordinate legal documentation to ensure compliance to various regulations
• Act as a liaison with various internal departments to facilitate client on-boardings
• Assist with system and process project efforts
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, business partners and staff
