We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, the Receptionist may assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
