Choice Specialists is Hiring a Bilingual receptionist Near Dallas, TX

A Personal Injury Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated bilingual Intake Receptionist for their Dallas, TX office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Speaking with potential clients
  • Sorting new and old client calls
  • Firm receptionist back up
  • All incoming intake calls.
  • Welcome guests and clients to office and help set up conference rooms for meetings
  • Keeping an organized, reliable, and hardworking demeanor at all times
  • Perform some receptionist and office assistant type functions.
  • Intake assistant duties
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Working with firm vendors

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking is required.
  • Preferred 2 plus years of experience at a civil law firm.
  • Excellent oral, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Mastery of the English language (verbal and written) including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, effectively and efficiently without significant supervision.
  • Some overtime may be required. Some weekend work may be required.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Plaintiff person injury experience a plus
  • Prior receptionist experience with heavy phone call activity
  • Administrative experience
  • Microsoft 365 Suite knowledge
