We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our medical office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle billing and payment processing accurately and securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
