FULL TIME MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK

We have a full-time MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK opportunity available for an experienced records clerk, file clerk, unit clerk, or patient service representative. This is a TEAM role that will need your patience, high levels of communication and integrity

Our front office teams work to assist incoming patient visits and calls, collecting payments, and referring our patients to services with patience, positivity, and productivity.

A successful candidate for MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK has the following:

• A high school diploma
• A committed work history that shows longevity and growth
• Experience in a fast-paced OFFICE environment (healthcare or medical office preferred, but not required)
• Experience with medical records is helpful, but not required
• Familiarly with computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly (Electronic health record experience preferred)
• Proven work history of EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE, including professional references and completion of a background check.
• The ability to work at different work locations during the day on occasion- clean DMV and/or transportation required.
• The ability to obtain sufficient reference report on your skills and a sufficient background check
• An interest in self education and career growth. This is not a job; it is a healthcare career.
