Tetra Tech’s High Performance Building Division is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks to include organizing and coordinating projects, using SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook.
Your Contributions Will Include
  • Data entry, scanning documents, general electronic filing, proofreading documents, formatting, printing, and preparing final documents.
  • Will support project staff with project logistics including coordination of meetings, reservation of conference rooms, facilitating conference calls.
  • Assist with project administration (including but not limited to tracking/sending/creating CA documents).
  • Facilitate project administration to include, in part, formatting and modifications to architectural and engineering specifications, meeting minutes, letters, and transmittals.
Required Qualifications
  • Must have High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • 2 years of experience working in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.
  • Possess intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Adobe.
  • Collaborative attitude, effective interpersonal skills and self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and project demands.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
